So uhh, it happened a couple days ago. I've rebooted my phone, i dont remember why, but it doesn't matter. After i did the reboot i opened c2s and all my progress was reset(it was like i just installed the game). Then i reopened c2s and my "account" was back. Sreenshot number one is my progress reset, and number 2 screenshot is my progress(remember that i screened it awhile ago, so my account changed a lil' bit).

also this bug is currently patched on the version you're on so you shouldnt be encountering it again
