Game Crash all achievements and progress gone😭😭

Hy im New to this Discord and had a Problem and asking if anyone else had that problem. I almost had every achievement in the game IA was 99% primary simulation and 88% Mesozoic prestige 9 and lv19 space simulation. So they made an update and I got black screen in the game and returned to game with a new start no achievement and prestige 0 what made me pretty upset now as I started I could make it to lvl 36 in Mesozoic pretty easy because the game let me push through to lvl 36 space also and primary I have now the problem that everything is ok accept metabits they do not run at all and I don't know why. I'm pretty upset because my lvl 9 prestige on Mesozoic because it took me pretty long to reach that point. But why the he'll is metabits not running. Can someone help me 🙏

If so, should be very easy fix: use the "Save restore" feature
The button is in the side panel on the right, near the bottom. Hope this fixes your save

Sorry but no I'd didn't help because last safe point is overwritten 😭

What else can I do I already contacted devs but no awnser

It looks like the reason you aren't getting any metabits is that massive metabit block size, or Meta-Blockgröße

That is definitely glitched

Had everything and was always waiting on new content now it seems devs have new content 😢

The only achievement in primary simulation I was missing was the dodo and the reach singularity under 120sec. 😭 now I have half of it back because the game glitched and i had the same option as that guy who had also that problem. But my problem is now that I went to late here and it's now overwritten and I'm stuck 🤣

The save restore goes back 5 days, has it been that long since the issue appeared?

Yes I do but the System already saved the new file so I can't go back. 😫

But that's not the only problem my game totally crashed because now metabits don't count and I ant get further progress

I already did but no answer. It feels like I'm playing ark again and devs working for wildcard 😂 also the bugs are the almost the same 🤣
This is how devs care about players who play the game 4 years now. I don't like talking in Discord or ranking by writing so no one recognize me till now but I was always there. I would beat everyone in the beta race. Made the money simulation in 18h far far away of all chosen players. Had rank in global under the 10 best but its ok im waiting and hope for an answer

I already contacted the devs but no answer I think they have week end and they don't let em disturb it. But I hope they help us soon. Have you also tried restore your data from save point

Yes, I tried also reinstalling completely the app and restore save from Cloud.

First of all I have 3 backups one is new and the other two are old ones but they are all overwritten

Game updated and after update I had black screen couldn't do anything just heard the music than I closed app and started it again. Since that moment all achievements where gone. I was pretty passed because It took me 4 years to reach that point. So I deleted the app From my android handy. But I missed playing the game so I reinstall it and thought ok let's take a look maybe it's back. But it's not. At least I played a little bit and went after I reached singularity to Mesozoic to look if there is everything ok. But also prestige 9 lvl 46 also gone. But I recognize that there was no mission so I could push through till lvl 36. And than there where missions. Pretty passed I went to beyond and I musst say I had not all stars 2 of those birth stars i was missing. I don't know the name in English but I gues you understand what I mean. But positive effect was I got plenty of stars to finish the signs. So after al I thought let's go Discord maybe a dev can help and now I'm here

The game glitches pretty bad. And if you translate recovery in German in overwrite save data you never gues that this is an recovery. Translation is wrong. I first understood her but that was to late
