Cytoplasm Triggers Daily Mutation Screen

There is something in the main simulation that has been bugging me for months. Whenever I start through a new simulation and click the Cytoplasm icon, the Daily Mutation screen pops up. Here are two screen shots, before and after I click Cytoplasm. Note that the daily mutation has already been triggered, so there is no reason for this screen to pop up, but it does, every single run-through. For what it's worth, I'm on Android 9. I've updated the app many times since first saw this happening. It's weird that it apparently hasn't been reported before now. Iit should be pretty easy to replicate, I would think, but let me know it it's only happening to me.
