So, when I completed the tea event, I ranked #2, and I did get my logits for it. But now I'm in 10th place with a completion time of 11 days? The event doesn't even last that long. What on earth is going on?

all of this is known, and the time completion depends on time fluxs, so 1 hour skips, the double production stuff any so on

Right but why would my placement go from 2nd to 10th? That makes no sense at all.

If someone gets a time lower than yours, your placement would drop. If that happens 8 times, you could go from second to tenth.
Did the time spent on the event that was recorded after completion change?

Ok so here's another issue
What on earth is happening here?
2nd place prize but first place completion? And there's someone at 75% behind two people just over 50%?
And that persists after closing and reopening the game.

I was 4th when i completed it but i got first place prize because i was first to reach 100% in my group.
