That's weird too cuz it show only 8/10 completed but I bought everything

Second one is a bug, for the first one, the 25 would be given at the end of the race if you're still first

So first is not a bug

I was due 5 logits and never got them either. And no one could overtake me as the real time passed was greater than my completion time so even if they didn't use nanobots/boosts my time was faster
