Nanobots mining Brewing Tea Cups

When I turn on nanobots in the tea event, it mines both currencies, Tea Leaves and Brewing Tea Cups. I’m not sure if it’s meant to do this, but if I were to guess, this is a bug, because I think that all income of Brewing Tea Cups is meant to come from the generators that make it

I've used nanobots a few times, but that never happened to me.
