Beyond 19, Doing 16/18 "Rank Up Rigel" and "Collect Stardust 5 Qvg". I had over 1 Qvg collected. Now I have only collected as much as my current balance is. So every time I purchase it deducts from amount collected. This means that to collect 5 Qvg I can't spend any stardust until I collect the full 5 Qvg.
