I think its pretty self explanatory, the specialist for some reason has the Scholar icon.

Currently i have no idea if its only android or everywhere

This has been added to our bug tracking system as the issue CELL-1330. As we resolve that issue, updates will be posted back here.

I am seeing this bug as well

(Although I imagine it shouldn’t be a bug much longer with the new updates to the ranking system)
