Clicking does not gain entropy, there's nothing to buy on that screen.
Leaving the simulation and going to mesozoic valley and back will get too the second screenshot; the side menu where purchases usually are the arrow is invisible, but can be clicked on, however the menu is also invisble (3rd screenshot)

Can you consistently reproduce this ? Did you by any chance press the tab key after you restart the simulation ?
Pressing the tab key would open the left side menu on steam

No, it seemed to just be that one level; and.. I don’t think so? It’s possible I hit alt-tab but I don’t remember doing so
That being said, unless the Steam menu also has an arrow there too summon and push away the side menu, i was actively clicking in game to be able to summon and make invisible menu disappear

It happened again; it may be caused by buying something from the reality engine shop with metabits
Though this time purchase options were actually there. It's just the invisbile side menu, which leads me to believe this may actually be two seperate bugs
