I actually posted about this a while back, still an issue. I can't find original post. As shown in screenshots, there is no visible heliosphere. In the tree it shows as up to it unlocked line, but in beyond nothing to buy, and nothing to photograph. I can't progress in beyond, I have all other non heliosphere missions finished.

Hmmm you could try the save and restore button to go back to a save with the unlock mission

Only saves on it don't go back far enough. Oldest one is showing beginning September but has continued for multiple months

I did, they got back to me with more questions. I responded with answers but then never got any further response and wasn't fixed.
