Game crashing upon opening the app

I've recently been unable to play the game thanks to the crashing when opening, this began after a week of not opening it due to my charger breaking and not being able to use my phone (moto e20).

I think it might be caused when the game calculates the offline currently.

are you able to figure out what version number you are on ?

Yes, just today I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It works well until I download my save from the cloud, then the crashes start again

If what my phone tells me is right then the version number is 19.83, edit: now that I updated the game, my phone tells me that it's version 19.90

I just checked the app store, and I'm downloading the latest version to see if by chance the crashes stop, edit: nope, I'm still out of luck.

Hey could you please record a video of the crash ? we're trying to narrow down this issue and a video would be helpful

I don't know if it's because I'm in the beta access and something you guys did behind the scenes, but right now I could open the game, but I can still send you guys the video of me opening the app since it felt that a crash was about to happen.

Haha that's good that the game is no longer crashing. Could you make sure that your game doesn't crash when you watch ads ? We've noticed that few players are crashing when they watched ads

Just watched an ad in every way I remember there's an option to watch one, and the only thing I noticed there were some serious slowdowns when I returned to the app.
