Sometimes, when I start C2S, and go to look at the RP leader board, I see the above screen shot. Generally, waiting for it to refresh doesn't fix it, but restarting C2S often does fix it. My guess is that this probably is not a bug in the code. Although I am wondering if it might be nice to a some kind of "Please try again later" message after some kind of timeout.
However, it does make me wonder if there is some kind of load issue going on with whatever servers are handling these requests. (Sorry, I'm a systems administrator. I can't help but notice potential infrastructure issues.)
