I am trying to transfer my current game from my iPad to my iPhone. After I put in my email and password there is a message that pops up that says “user is not confirmed”. Using that I tried to ask for a verification code (and all other options that needs a verification code) but when the game supposedly sent it to the email I have been using for my save. My email never received any mail that has a code in it and I have made sure that the email has no typos in it and it doesn’t. I have been trying to transfer the save since yesterday with no success. I am wondering If it’s an error on my side or the game side.

Can you show us some images of this happening? You may just need to create a new account (this doesn’t reset game progress or achievements).

I've talked to OP before they created this post, they defo have created an account. Also the "User is not confirmed" only pops up for unverified accounts. Though it seems like it's not possible to verify it there

Update: I have managed to create a new account and was able to transfer my save onto my iPhone
