#cant restore progress
I've selecting restore button button nothing happens it takes me to the beginning!? But my saved progress still on the linked account

The second image with the game file shows "Total Playtime: 0:00" meaning there isn't anything on it, so it would start from the beginning. So I have to ask, is this a transfer from another device that still has the progress?
I mean first thing to try is "Save Restore"

I was playing this game about a year ago uninstalled.. now I reinstalled on the same
Anyways I somehow managed to get it sorted idk how but didn't use the same method I used at first
