#Explorations remove all progress

Since a few explorations ago. The last James Webb event my game has.. at minimum not reconized the new events acomplishments but enters them relatively normally. Or deletes the entire games progress when I enter the event. New earth and everything. The only reason my progress is safe is the restore save feature. But I cant earn any logits or event badges. I can replicate it every time i enter the event. but aside from that its the strangest bug

how can i prove it without risking my save file? thats the big question. since i got 1k hours in game.

honestly best i can do is hope the save restore works but there isnt much to show.

so i think i may have figure out... vaugely whats happening

but every time i was joining the events i was getting semblances blurb about the event

since in trying to replicate the lost save

the event fixed itself somehow

i think whats happening is that something thats meant to load during that blurb isnt loading or closing correctly causing the errors

but i think what happened is by going throug hthe event intro enoug hthe code finnally triggered properly

but i also think that when the games supposed to wipe previous event save it wasnt going properly so instead it wipes the base games save. those are my bests guesses. aall ik is that there is the potentai lfor a really bad bug there

hopefully this is one off. since if it becomes a widespread bug...oof thats a lot of lost progress

Ateast C2S doesn't have a shader cache that craps itself frequently

guess ill have to see during the next event if this fixed itself though. since right now the bees event is going fine. earning logits and everything
