Stardust icons present when opening Galactic Nursery objects

When I trigger a generator quasar boost (not sure on the official name for this) the stardust icons are present when I open an item in the Galactic Nursery. In the example video I trigger the boost for Polaris and then open a Black Hole. You can see the stardust icons in the top right corner while I am triggering the animation and subsequent card openings.
