I noticed this when opening many black holes. In the screenshots you can see what I mean

I had just upgraded Cosmology to Rank 7 and pulled another black hole. I earned the 2 cards for this, but it showed up as 0/200.

I pulled another black hole, and it showed 2 more, but only displayed as 2/200

When I click on the actual trait card it shows properly as 4/200

I checked other cards and this is the same. For example I earned 6 cards for main sequence, displaying as 138 total. But when I go to the trait card itself it displays as 144
