Time Traveling only works at 1.78 days and above, and at -1.78 days and below.
Basically anything that is minutes, seconds, or hours does not make the planets move.
Even at 21 hours (basically a day and close to 1.78 days) the planets are stationary. As soon as you change it to days the planets all of a sudden speed up.

1.78 days per sec makes it take only 205 seconds

yeah but it doesnt move at twice as much it moves really fast going from almost one day to nearly two days
