@harsh axle @paper oyster @chilly rampart - Alderban is a placeholder, so this could happen in several ways, and could be fixed and then reappear later depending on the issue.

Please confirm

  1. which version you are using where you're seeing it
  2. whether every star is Alderban in all constellations, or only in the new constellations (Ursa Major, Eridanus, Orion)
  3. what language you are playing in
#

That will really help us track it down - we fixed it in some places a few weeks back, but there may be other ways to get it!

1 : Version 18.98
2: Every star in all constellations I have
3:English

This has been fixed as of beta

Got it. Thank you -- we thought we'd fixed it before Version 19.06, so I'm glad to hear we may have. @harsh axle , if you're in beta this should be fixed already. If you're not in beta, then it should be fixed this week with our next production release, which will replace 18.98.

@harsh axle , @chilly rampart @mellow pier - please try again in the upcoming release (this week). If all your stars are still Alderban, let us know here. The "all stars" part has me concerned that there's a deeper issue that may be specific to your installation of the game. But before you reinstall or anything, we should look into this ... and only if there's still a problem in the new version!

Stupid question, but how do I even get the name Alderban to be visible?

You have to zoom in on the constellations in the constellation tab, then click on the star Alderban, or, if you have this bug, any star. I only recently learned myself that you can zoom in on the constellations and select stars, so don't worry about not knowing.
