I have completed Tau Ceti research, but i still have not reached task requirements. I remember that i started researching while other task was "the main task" and it did not count into the task (It was during the beta). Now, after the update I left the beta and finished the last research and the bug is still here.

@lofty rune If you are lucky, you can restore data from before stating research in settings -> save restore. Didn't work for me tho, because all saves on the list were from after the bug appeared

we can also hope that there will be a button to reset back to rank 17 in the next beta for rank 19
