I was in Beyond#14 and clicked to level up the Moon after getting Planet X to rank 2 and it started the tutorial again.

Addendum: The Dwarf star finished. I clicked on it. And now I can't click on anything.
had to restart the entire game. lost my Dwarf Star.

I was on current newest Stable on Steam at time of my post journey. Never been in Beta I think (I stopped playing for over a year because I ran out of interesting stuff to do back then.)

D17 presented no "new" unexpected Discoveries and I finished it. If the game has logging can you point to it so I can post them?

turns out you do log in Prod. As a bonus, here's my save game
well that log was mostly useless now that I went through it myself. A lot of it is it complaining my controller isn't bound to in-game actions.
