#Beyond Phase 2 - bug still exists for tutorial missions

When getting to Episode 18 in Beyond Phase 2, it is possible to level up only some of the planets/stars, getting all the way to Sirius, then to come back and level up some of the earlier planets or moons only to get a tutorial mission that takes over your screen. The only way out, that I have found, is to restart the game.
