I tested on steam, and i'm still unable to see this bug. does this always look like this everytime you open the panel? are you doing an extra step?

This occurs in the Android Beta as well (18_42) .. see attached. It just exists in the portrait mode ...

This occurs only when you start the game and click into the Reality Engine. If you click out and go back in again, the panel does not come up.

The panel.worla fine in the landscape mode ..

One more image in the portrait mode as soon as I log into the game and go into the Reality Engine.

Final observation .. in Android, after I see the panel in the portrait mode, rotate the phone to change to Landscape mode and then rotate it back to the portrait mode ... The panel vanishes from the portrait mode. In case it helps the devs in testing it out.

Yes, I logged into the game on Android phone right now and I still see it.

When you restart the simulation, the bug is fixed, but when you exit the game (I have not been able to test if you change simulation), the bug happens again.
