no, every time I tried to load my cloud save from progress that is hours prior to this doesn’t work

in other words, my entire game is bugged/unplayable since my cloud save doesn’t work

I just tried to log out of the game transfer and log back in with my email and password but still doesn’t work when I tried to download my cloud save.
Any suggestions?

last night it was glitching too, but my sister helped me with getting it back to normal. But I checked this morning that it was all reset again.
