We are hard at work rebalancing/retuning the primary simulation. However it seems that it still need more work. We will revert those changes for now on the next patch.

You should get clamped to 10qi Metabits if you transition to the latest beta (17_70) and when they fix that you will be clamped to 10Qa when the next beta comes out (the devs have indicated that the Metabits limit for now will be 10Qa).
