To my eyes it's good but... some parts like the eyes and the -big rectangle with an oval on it- makes the calamar look like a unfinished and a bit rushed sprite...a bit like an old sprite from very old versions of C2S. It's just a preference so take it as you wish. ( I tried to get the main flaws of the calamar in one picture, mainly the -rectangle with the oval texture on it-, the eyes and the.. protusions of the calamar, idk how to call that )
Maybe add an animation to it to make it feel more alive ?
