So I was doing the Big Questions exploration and I got the confusion badge but a day later and a few quests done i realized that the badge was gone (and that was today).

That's a weird bug, maybe you completed two badges and it only collected the most recent one?

I collected the badge and later before having any of the other badges I realized it was gone.
