Says photograph heliosphere, but there is no heliosphere to photo. Only other missions at this stage I haven't completed are upgrade heliosphere (which doesn't show up on list to upgrade), and upgrade Sedona which I haven't unlocked yet. Also no further telescope missions to run.

Did you try searching further on the tree for ability to buy heliosphere
It could have just don't show up on generators list for some reason
And if you just see a locked generator, then contact lunch@computerlunch.com directly or wait for him to see this bug report
