a few minutes ago i wanted to get back into the james webb event, so i clicked on the icon and got a connecting screen followed by a screen that showed me only a fraction of the offline earnings screen without being able to reach any of the claim buttons, because they were cut off. only thing i could do was closing the game and restart it. then i got endless connection screens for the event, so i had to close and restart the game a few times and when the event finally loaded all the offline progress (including a 4 hours boost) was just gone. please fix that bug and make sure the offline earnings screen is always shown in the correct screen resolution.

I think this has happened to me too
With ad rewards, sometimes (rarely) the game resets upon return from the play store that I was forced to, and doesn't give the reward.

AND AGAIN! This time i took a screenshot. You can click like you want on the double this button, it doesn't react. The screen doesn't go away, you have to restart the game and you won't get any of the offline progress you made. THANKS FOR NOTHING!
It's even worse!!!!! I clicked 5 times on the double this button, screen doesn't disappear but now it got 10 Darwinium less than before after restarting the game. When do you finally intend to fix this?!?!

you reported that bug a week ago and thats way less then the usual update frequency
and not all bugs have a high enough priority to get fixed immediately, especially if only very few people experience it

That bug isn't permanent and it is related to the connecting screen bug for the Neural Network. So it only can happen if you start the game and connection to the Neural Network won't succeed right away. For me that bug was gone for nearly 9 days and now it hit me again.
