I got to LVL 10 in the beyond, and when it loaded the UI I was unable to move it around. I tried going to Meso, and it had the same problem. I restarted the game, and now it's going through the tutorial again with the progress I have. It might do this for Meso, too.
I restarted it again, and it isn't doing the tutorial anymore, but it did the celestial body discovered animation again for astroid belt, Vesta, and Ceres.
And the moon. (I already got up to Venus before the restart.) Strangely, nothing beyond that.
