The lever is there still there, its just that sometimes when you use an auto clicker to fill the storage again really fast before the leaver returns to its original position and you pull it again then its going to keep spinning further then normal and basically go into the machine.

I got this too by clicking too quickly with 6 fingers, but to fix the glitch I just basically "pulled" the lever again (I guessed whether the lever stopped, then pulled on the position and it worked)
