I have just prestiged in Meso, and while doing all the ranks again noticed that the volcano price fluctuates. I think it's a visual bug, (ignore the last part that's me trying to get it to happen again)

The base price for vulcano is 200M, your epic or silver trait makes it cost less, so when you don't have enough for it, it shows the basic price

Yeah, this is intended, the volcano price changes slighty when you get a discount epic card.
