For now, when you try to leave beta, you need to uninstall, install, clear storage before opening and only then you can leave beta fully, fix it so people would need only to click leave beta and update the game or only uninstall and install, without having to clear storage (if this is possible)

That might not be possible on android, considering how Google is handling these things.... if there are left overs of the previous version as idk a single config file for example or a single record of what version you had, uninstall will not do much even after leaving beta. OFC it can depend on application/game too as on other apps, leaving beta and uninstall reinstall will do just fine

I don't think this is possible
As making you only uninstall and install is maybe possible, then a chance that what you saying is possible is really low

This suggestion has various technical limitations and I dont think its even possible to achieve this
