#Missing badges - James Webb

I thought it was just from the beta, but now in my primary, apparently with the new badge display i am missing one badge for each of the james webb on the 2nd and 3rd tiers?

This happened to me too but only with the 3rd badge, I definitely collected it but it shows that I only have 2 not 3
