Nanobot autoclicker, that can be used in Mass Extinction Exploration, has same cooldown time as in Primary Simulation, so you can instantly recharge it if move to other screen with enough offline time. For example, i use Nanobots at Mass Extinction screen, wait 15 minutes, use it one more time, go to Primary Simulation and Nanobots' cooltime instantly recharge because i was offline at Primary Simulation over 15 minutes. Then i go Mass Extinction screen and use Nanobots 2nd time row without waiting 15 mins

I don't understand the problem here. You said that the nanobot boost cooldown does not show up after recharging it once? So far i was not able to reproduce it.
Elaborating on ticket, it seems the state (ready/active/cooldown) of the nanobot is somehow shared between the 2 locations.
Observations:
- If I transition between the 2 locations while nanobot is active, this state carries over and puts the nanobot on cooldown in both locations.
- If I stay offline long enough from Primary, activate Extinction nanobot for 60s, move to Primary and then move back to Extinction, the "ready" state of Primary carries over and I can activate nanobot in Extinction.
- If I stay offline too short from Primary, activate Extinction nanobot for 60s, and then move to Primary, this puts Primary's nanobot on the same cooldown as Extinction.
Location is interchangeable, so the same thing applies to Primary->Extinction and Extinction->Primary. (Just depends on which location the player prefers to have an extra usage of nanobot, really.)
