Are you using autoclickers by any chance? It should fix itself after reaching the mission requirements.

no, it doesn't fix itself, i had this bug through the entire event and every single time i'm denied the rewards when i should have got them. really annoying bug 🤬
and no, i'm not using any autoclickers at all.

This is not about fixing that bug for me, it's about fixing it for everyone, cause i guess this will be an recurring event too and it's not only an annoying bug, as you have to wait longer or have to invest more, than you normal would have to, but think of someone who just has minutes left and normally would have finished the event, but couldn't because of this bug.
Pretty sure that person will be very ... annoyed, also you can fix it manually.
I'm just glad i still had an hour left, so i was able to finish the event and don't need that option.

I apologize that you encountered this bug, we have seen this issue before and usually gets fixed when you complete the missions or restart the event. In your case maybe the bug was caused by another issue. So that's why i asked if you want to fix it manually.
