How do i access Saturn? Is this a bug?

I've been stuck on this part for a few months now

i don't have Uranus or Neptune so i can't even get the other planets

If i can't access Saturn then doesn't that mean my Beyond is softlocked?

I think its softlocked but I do believe cells support might be able to fix your save

They're a dev, they'll eventually look at all the bug reports and respond to them

You need to just be patient for a while
