Game doesn’t open or crashes after updating to the latest version

The update was 2 weeks ago and I think it crashes instantly when I open the app

Step/s to reproduce:

1. Update to the latest version.
2. Open game.

Here’s Proof:

Software version: 12.5.5
Game version: latest (13.58)

Sorry for late response but:
I tried to reinstall, I still can’t open it.
I think it would work using the TestFlight version but it requires iOS 13.0.0 or later.

I think the only option is to update the game itself but there aren’t any new updates though...

I think there might be an issue attempting to install the game on a older iOS version (below 13.0) but thank you for letting us know.

You might need ios 13. Apps usually don't work when you have a lower ios requirment. This happened to me once. Hopefully you like saved your c2s progress recently. Cause if you didn't deleting the app is basically the reset button
