Yeah same for me, when I close and re-open the game, it resets

My game did the same thing, but when the upgrade for the nano bots was able to be purchased, it shows up as already bought

If you entered the event on the previous version your nanobots might already be resetted. You can rebuy them again and the bug should no longer appear

The fix is present on the latest version. However keep in mind that if you already lost the nanobots on the previous version, these won't be restored.
If you just installed 13_71, and then got the bug, please let know.
