Generation doesn't stop after extinction event - Example bug report

I found a major bug in the most recent exploration event on the topic of extinction events:

Description

Right after buying the node for an extinction event the bank gets reset but the production from the now extinct generator doesn't stop immediately. Instead the production stayed the same for a while after the extinction event.

Steps to reproduce

• This happened to a varying extend after almost every time i bought an extinction event node
• The bug seems to only happen when not clicking during/after the extinction event animation
• The production switched back to the intended value after buying upgrades or collecting mission rewards.

for me the bug also kept going after clicks, it only stopped after another upgrade or a badge was collected

going to change it then, the value seemed to go back to the intended values after some time if i didnt act at all as well

This is actually intented, the bank does reset to 0, but because LUCA does not get deleted on an extinction event, you do not see the 0 on your bank, instead you get what ever your luca produces during the ext. cutscene.
We might either remove the “reset to 0 message” or tweak luca production parameters.

the problem is that the production doesnt reset to the intended value provided by LUCA, if you take a closer look the production is significantly higher in from 0:20 to 0:33 then intended and then goes down to what LUCA produces

it 1.5e8 during that time even though LUCA only produces around 100k

yeah but it still resets to 0, i farmed for a whole night before an extinction and got e14 resources and the extinction took all of those away

I think it's cuz the bank do resets to 0 after buying the extinction, but the generator is still working until the extinction animation ends

for me in 13 65 the bug seems to last forever until you buy an upgrade or get a badge
