Without buying any upgrades to the simulation tree your production multiplier goes up when you reboot because it takes into account the metabits earned that simulation

In the beginning 100 metabits ~ + 1 multiplier ... Up to 10-11 multiplier
In the middle (up to 20-21 multiplier) every 10 000 ~ +1 multiplier

Sorry for suspecting, but it really looks like time skip
You have only 27.37t Entropy / sec
And... even without any multiplier and upgrade cyborg give ~ 27.5% of your entropy productivity
It mean you have less than 4 cyborg
And also you have 2.57 Quin... It more than enough to get new cyborg

Idea progress also looks very suspicious...

Time you need to get that much also very close to round one...
It takes ~ 1 month to make that progress online... And 2 month offline.

@silver spoke correct me if I am incorrect but I think it like this.
Bionic Reaction Speed - takes 1% of Entropy per sec and adds it to Entropy per tap.
3D microchip - makes the system run better per sec or something.
the time chamber - makes it so you get more Entropy per offline by 10% of current max...you don't have to be online as often.

Again any one who knows more or an admin can correct me but this is based on my info of the game and what the description says.

but it give far less advantages than time skipping

When person use autoclicker he receive up to 5 time the amount of idle productivity
Also, from some stage in game biggest part of idea and entropy gained via autoclicker won't count in stats and do not increase 'total idea and entropy' and therefor very slightly affect metabits.

Time skipping is different.
It allows people get the biggest possible amount of metabits (2 147 483 647 -- biggest 32-bit number) and get 250 martian city...
