In regards to MV, I haven't been raising anything past 6, even for my top dinos, but I'm only rank 37 or something lol and I've stopped collecting the "collect x amount" for... Probably the last 20+ ranks. Just not worth the time expenditure for mostly common cards and hardly any mutagen ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ but mobile makes a huge difference in terms of progress through the mystery trait and 4x production... and using a tool to tap ๐คญ

I'd suggest upgrading common cards as high as you "need" to pass that specific rank in a reasonable time... Up to level 7 trait cards only cost hundreds and eventually 1k mutagen; but if you get both payout and speed, you're looking at x2^12 total production for that dino
So for top 3-5 dinos, majorly worth it. The starting few dinos (from archosaur up to... Pterosaur, maybe?), I never went past level 3 or 4 on commons. But for the dinos at Comps or later, I've got them all up to 5/6 or whatever I can, using all cards available. My rares and epics, however, are upgraded ASAP to whatever level I have the cards for. Y'know, since you keep those on prestige ๐

As you get higher in the ranks, you'll start seeing a LOT more mutagen too. At rank 30 (possibly before) I was seeing nearabouts 500 or more mutagen per geode from missions. That coupled with 2 free geodes every 4 hours and a free trait roll every 30 min AND also buying whatever traits are in shop if it'll push me up for a useful dino or get me something like automation for my newest dino ๐
Mobile... It's crazy how well you can progress compared to other platforms (so I'm hearing, anyways). I haven't played any other platform as all I have is a phone. But it's pretty nuts when you're able to watch all these ads for free stuff.
