After you destroy the rock it should unlock. Look out for the green dino skull on the right side of the screen and the dino skull in the tree of life a bit to the right of tetrapods. it allows you to switch to meso valley

Yes, singularity will unlock most stuff. The only other locked stuff will be what you have to unlock through Meso Valley.

Meta bits - entropy + ideas . and you can use the metabits by rebooting your stimulation . metabits increase the speed of your stimulation and increase the amount that generators produce , like for example because of metabits my amino acids produce like 450 million or something and i can finish the game in like 5 mins (excluding birds , they are hard)
