If you want dinos in your game. Pay attention. First, you need to have reached singularity at least one time. Then after you reboot & start again, click the mountain. Wait for this dino skull to appear & then tap it. This will open up dinos.

The mountain icon is on left. And have lotsa tetrapods & make them walk. That will bring the dino skull into your game.
