lunch. you might be overthinking it a little with your last two game q's.
the animations are fine but perhaps it would work better if you could link the stopping to the fourth or fifth thing you buy with the metabits. that way it has had its effect but then someone who is progressing through the game somewhat seriously gets them out the way eventually.
the second time through is fine as is. no extra metabits needed. but maybe give some forewarning on the amount of metabits needed going forward. i was stunned to see a branch of the metabit tree shoot to 10,000 after having got the first few for 2's, 5's, & 10's. 😎

you could always add an animation change as the numbers increase. ie if you have a hundred apes you get tree with an ape swinging in it or something like that. the lizards can get a big rock with a couple of em running around over and under etc.

Wish I knew... Sometimes from start up,sometimes within a minute and other times there is nothing wrong..... The way I can spot it is if the game is stuttering from start up,then I know I get kicked off... Doesn't happen all the time,since I downloaded it most of the times it works good. Other times I can't seem to play and it will kick me off several times after each other...

Some observations.
Age of discovery barely generates ant ideas compared to the others.
Some upgrades don't provide any bonus such as looms and morphine.
There are three upgrades that are only available in the store but there is no icon in the tree. I love this game

two thoughts:

maybe pop channels for bug reports & suggestions?
"burst" rewards on the home/early-evo screens should probably not give anything but entropy points, as I'm finding entropy stalled while "civilization" is growing out of control

I also noticed that the orange spark effects on "Bronze Age" are visible even before it's unlocked, but that's kind of more a feature than bug

The order in which you buy them doesn't matter cause well it still gets added
2x3 or 3x2 stays six
It's just that you need to buy the one that makes you progress faster
Since like let's say there's an upgrade that gives a 25% boost and one that gives a 15% boost
And both of em cost the same amount of money (both to the same organism or idea/tech)
Then getting the one that gives 25% would work faster since itd progress your way to the one of 15 faster than otherwise

Evolution tree is more complete, but of course room for improvement. If you think something should be changed on the tree ( order, missing upgrade , remove a upgrade) let me know because we are working the upgrade tree this week.

That entire length of the tech tree is also really odd. You can upgrade things you dont even have unlocked and its in a very wierd order as well. Unlocking fireworks and rockets before you can unlock a cannon

As well as, the upgrades from the neolithic age and on feel meaningless since you can unlock all of them at basically the same time

#

As well as some of the later upgrades cost less than earlier upgrades

My suggestion is to tie the upgrades in this line to their respective eras so that you cant unlock upgrades for things you dont have yet

can I just say how much I love how you can choose whether or not you want ads? I'm the person who loves adblockers and airplane mode, yet for this game I always click the ad because a) awesome rewards and b) it's not forced onto its users. :D

I love this game! I have a suggestion: maybe with new evolutions, users will be able to visibly see the changes on the animals and see an adaptation each step as the species evolve into new ones, rather than just spawning more advanced species ever so often? Still an amazing game though, keep up the good work!
