I think both modules have the same priority or something since the order from top to bottom between the two matters a LOT

to add another Universe gift bug here; The only thing buffing my damage in this screenshot is Photosynthesis; none of my damage values went up from Universe Gift

in the first two screenshots I used zero actives, while in the third I only Toggled Shoreline
