the scripts I made I have them under the package me.custom, and I deleted one, then I saw that another one disappeared, when I exited and went back to the gui it reappeared, trying to replicate this to report it I noticed that if I delete the original one the copy I get when exporting does not have the bug, that's why there are 2 that do not disappear

i have a hunch that since it's a visual problem, it always happens on the same position(s) regardless of the script or package that are occupying those lines in the list.
if you export all your scripts, and re import them in a different order then it will likely start "deleting visually" a different set of scripts or package but still at the same "position" in the list that you're seeing now.
(i've experienced this visual bug multiple times, and always forget to make a report about it. heh :D so thanks for this.)
