I had to go into my GPU settings to limit the FPS because I was having massive lag issues and 100% GPU usage. Not sure what happened or how to recreate the issue since I only noticed it today. No other apps open on my computer outside of Task Manager and Discord.
EDIT- the game FPS limit is in the top right. It's light grey so a bit hard to see but that's where I'm getting my game FPS from 🙂

my monitor is 75hz and i had to manually set the limit. I did try it with vsync off and that made the lag and tearing worse

@here i got a new GPU today, a 3060 ti and even when the game is minimized and nothing else is open it's still pulling 22% minimum usage with a high of 33% so I'm thinking this is less of a me issue and more of a game issue?

I can for sure see that, I tested that and it did limit my fps but that wasn't the reason I posted this. Even with vsync on, my monitor is only 75hz so it shouldn't be skyrocketing to triple digit FPS numbers and causing my GPU to overwork itself. Unless I'm completely misunderstanding how vsync is supposed to work which is a high possibility 😂😅

For me the FPS limit does not work when starting up the game. It goes to 7000 FPS and I can hear my graphics card whining from the load
Once going into play mode its fine
But the splash screen and menu are definitely broken

afaik, the main menu is uncapped. would be nice if at least those screens are set to default to vsync, if not capped at 60fps.
