This is an Arcana! I'm pretty sure I haven't unlocked it yet, so take my thoughts with a grain of salt. But I think 65 mana is very expensive for a projectile.

The issue with meteor wand is that it is extremely hard to actually hit an enemy with it. The meteor summoned takes a while to actually hit the ground so most enemies will move out of the way before it even lands. It starts out small when it gets summoned and the fire trail it spawns is nice but most of the time enemies never walk into it. I think the mana cost would be okay if the meteor was summoned quicker and rolled faster. I used it in one run an it became tricky to use. 1.5/10

There's so many better options for an arcarna. It's neat but really why use this when for dealing damage there's so many cheaper if not more damaging options (in terms of dps)
To be honest it would be sick if it just fire like a 3 round burst of superheated rock at anything you point it at. WIth a chance of it dropping iron when the rock breaks.

Just want to add that Meteor wand may be one of the weakest offensive arcana. Which is not good considering offensive arcana is almost universally worse than utility arcana but that is pretty well known and a conversation for somewhere else.

Just did a lot of rework on the Meteor Wand, Meateor Wand, and Ragnarok
Meteor:
- 2.5 times faster
- Does a much bigger initial shockwave with huge damage (ING x 20)
- Lowered contact damage by half (lining up direct hits is better)
- Meteors drop 2 iron when they die
Meateor
- Same as meteor but drops iron in addition to its food
Ragnarok
- Same improvements to meteor, but slighly lower stats due to small meteors
