Storybook 7 for Nx

Hey everyone! If you're using Nx, you can now generate your Storybook configuration using Storybook v7, and you can even migrate your existing setup to use Storybook 7.

@midnight palm I don't know if you saw, but there is a new viteConfigPath option to set, so that storybook can find a vite.config file that is not in the cwd. (https://github.com/storybookjs/storybook/pull/20681)

The documentation at https://nx.dev/packages/storybook/documents/custom-builder-configs#-and- still says that storybook will not read your vite.config, maybe you could update it to mention this new option?

Hi @latent adder ! Thanks, just saw this. Yes, the documentation says that because it's for 6.5! Once we go on v7 I'll change the documentation
